My Chamberlain screw drive remote garage opener will not work. If I try to lower or raise the door the trolley moves a few feet and then a horrendous racheting noise occuurs. I disconnected the door from the trolley and hit the opener button, the trolley moves a few feet and then stalls. Is my trolley toast?
